Three Charlottenburg guys, a new interpretation of German cuisine.

Anselm, Bruno, and Lennart. In their mid-20s, they have no starry airs, but plenty of Michelin-star experience. With Tacho, they bring elegance to German cuisine – often a subject of ridicule – without letting it lose its identity. Their beef isn't flown in from South America, nor is their game from Hungary. Ingredients are sourced from friends, family, and their own farm in Uckermark. Easygoing in their approach, meticulous on the plate. Seasonal, regional, honest. No fuss, just a strong ethos.
