"From Crust till Dough" presents a new interpretation of pizza, one that hasn't been seen in Vienna before: a modern take on Roman pizza, served in convenient slices. The dough blend is a combination of three different types of flour and a sourdough base. This ensures that every bite is light and easily digestible, with the dough merely complementing the toppings without overpowering them. The toppings are, as always, of high quality, sourced from businesses that do not engage in mass production. It is important to us that we can enjoy our food with a clear conscience, knowing that what we eat is in harmony with our environment and contributes to a sustainable future.
