Vienna’s flagship curated dining hall for modern Austrian life.
Where can we find you?
Kantstrasse 127, 10625 Berlin-Charlottenburg. In the heart of the west, on the ground floor of the Kant Garage Palace—between Stuttgarter Platz and Savignyplatz.
What is the best way to get to us?
By public transport: S Charlottenburg or U Wilmersdorfer Straße—both just a few minutes’ walk away. By bike: bike parking directly in front of the entrance. By car: there are parking garages nearby, and in the evening you can also park easily on the street.
When are you open?
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 AM
Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 AM
Café from 8:30 AM, kitchens & bars from 11:30 AM
Sunday & Monday: closed
What do you serve to eat?
Four kitchens and one bakery under one roof: Abuya (hummus & Levantine cuisine), The Curried Cactus (India meets Mexico), Domberger Brot-Werk (sourdough bread from Berlin), Mani in Pasta (handmade organic pasta), and Tacho (German cuisine, honestly reimagined). Vegetarian, vegan, or meat-based—there’s something for everyone.
And drinks?
At Dufte there are two bars: the counter and the wine and spirits bar. The counter is our liquid heart: from nine taps, we serve, among other things, our house beer brewed by Fürst Wiacek according to a newly interpreted 400-year-old Franconian recipe. There is also an extensive selection of spritz drinks and everything that can extend the evening—whether highballs or natural wine.
At the wine and spirits bar, all lovers of well-crafted cold drinks get their money’s worth. All drinks are matched to the four kitchens. In addition, there are around 40 wines on the wine list, and for in-between or after, also the occasional shot.
And for those who want to come early in the morning, the café serves various specialties from 8:30 AM, made with beans roasted in-house.
Lunch vs. evening—what’s the difference?
At lunchtime, it’s an honest plate for your break. In the evening, a larger menu—more refined dishes, open wines, time to stay.
Are children welcome?
Of course, feel free to come with the whole family. For concerts and late events, just check in advance what’s happening that evening.
Hund mitbringen?
Four-legged friends are welcome—on the floor, in the café, and at the bar. Water bowls are ready.
